清華大學博士后工作概況
清華大學作為我國首批設立博士后科研流動站的單位，從最初的7個流動站發展到目前的50個，涉及的學科從最初單一的工程學科，如今發展到不僅覆蓋了理工科的全部一級學科，而且拓展到了文、史、哲、經濟、管理等多學科領域；進站博士后從第一年的8人發展到2019年的1100余人、在站博士后2600余名；累計招收博士后已超過12000多名，其中還包括越來越多的海外博士后。博士后規模居全國高校首位，已成為我校發展不可缺少的一支生力軍。清華大學博士后制度的建立、發展、完善和博士后工作的迅速發展得益于全國博士后管理委員會、中國博士后科學基金會的大力支持，同時也得益于清華大學各院系的高度重視和精心實施。過去30年的發展歷程中，清華大學博士后規模日益擴大、質量逐步提升、管理制度不斷完善、人才培養和科研成績斐然，社會聲譽不斷提高，為國家的經濟建設和社會發展做出了卓越貢獻。
Introduction of Tsinghua University Postdoctoral System
Tsinghua University is one of the first institutions to establish postdoctoral research centers. The postdoctoral research centers in Tsinghua have developed from the initial 7 research centers in engineering to today’s 50 research centers that have covered all the first-level disciplines of doctoral degrees in science and technology, and have expanded to other disciplines such as literature, history, philosophy, economy, and management. The number of postdoctoral researchers has grown from the initial 8 people to over1100 incoming postdocs and over 2600 active postdocs in 2019. Up till now Tsinghua University have recruited over 12000 postdoctoral researchers in total, among which there is an increasing number of international postdoctoral researchers. Tsinghua University has the largest postdoctoral scale among all Chinese universities, and the postdoctoral researchers have become an indispensable force for Tsinghua’s development. The establishment, development, and improvement of the postdoctoral system in Tsinghua and its rapid growth is owing to the great support of China Postdoc Council and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, as well as the implementation efforts of departments and institutes in Tsinghua University. Over the past 30 years, Tsinghua University postdoctoral system has grown to have larger scale, greater quality, better governance; with eminent achievement in research and talent-training, and a higher social reputation, making substantial contribution to the economic growth and social development of the nation.
